Special Order Items

• All Special Order Items are clearly labeled as such on the product page.
• Lead times for these items can also be found on the product page or obtained by emailing us via the link on the product page.
• Lead time are estimates and may sometimes change due to production and freight delays in other countries, customs delays and other unforeseeable situations which are out of our control. We will immediately update you via email if your order has been delayed.
• All special ordered products are made and/or imported just for you, the customer, and 100% of the listed purchase price is due in full upon initiating such order. All Special Orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the purchase price if cancelled at any time after placed.
• All special order items cannot be returned or refunded, sale is final
